PT. Kukar Mandiri Shipyard or known as PT. KMS is the leading provider of quality construction and repair products and services to the commercial marine industry. PT. Kukar Mandiri Shipyard has a long history in shipping since 1980, from making the timber or wooden ship to iron ship. It was established in 2005 and is now one of the largest key shipyards in Kalimantan ( Borneo ) island, Indonesia. Our core business includes of ship-building and ship-repairs, docking, and engineering. PT. Kukar Mandiri Shipyard has more than 35 hectares of land, seafront of 500 meter and relative equipments & facilities ( including one set of 150 ton gantry crane ). PT. Kukar Mandiri Shipyard will mainly undertake various shipbuilding projects of commercial vessels, such as tug boats, barges, landing craft ( LCT ) and other various ships.
